SB-1.2 Low Energy Building Demonstration Projects

The ARCC East County Branch Office and Archives serve the County of San Diego Assessor, Recorder, and County Clerk. The facility is an office building of approximately 25,000 sf including a 15,100 sf ARCC branch office and a 9,900 sf archival storage facility. It is the first Net Zero Energy archive facility in the United States.

 

The project of the ARCC East County Branch Office and Archives uses a solar PV Inverter with a 137.94 kW renewable capacity. The panels are located on the roof and the carport.
