Session 1: Keynote Speech

This session will address the key components of the ESCI projects, especially for the development of energy smart communities promoted by APEC members. It will provide an introduction to the progress of ESCI projects, best practices and major policies and an overview of current related activities in the United States and Chinese Taipei.
